This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through chosenonebox.co.uk.

Delivery locations

We currently deliver to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States of America

Delivery availability and cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We do not currently offer delivery to the European Union or other international locations.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, Easter, school holidays or promotional periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

If an item is personalised, custom-made or made to order, it may take longer to prepare. Where possible, this will be shown on the product page.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

These delivery times are estimates only.

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, postal delays, customs checks, weather conditions, public holidays, busy seasonal periods or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery cost

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout by Shopify.

The final delivery cost may depend on:

  • Delivery country
  • Parcel size
  • Parcel weight
  • Delivery service selected
  • Order value

The full delivery cost will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Customs, import duties and taxes for USA orders

Orders sent to the United States may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or courier handling fees.

These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges required by their country.

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct any return postage, courier charges or unrecoverable costs from the refund, unless required otherwise by law.

Order confirmation

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation email.

Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.

Dispatch confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a dispatch confirmation email.

If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be included in the dispatch email.

Not all delivery services include tracking.

Incorrect delivery information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Chosen One Box is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at:

Please include your order number, full name and delivery address so we can look into it.

Damaged items during delivery

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Failed delivery or returned parcels

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs charge or because the parcel was not collected, we may need to charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.

If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, any refund may exclude the original delivery cost and any return costs charged to us, unless required otherwise by law.
