Where a product includes small parts, sweets, craft items or accessories, adult supervision may be required. Customers are responsible for checking that products are suitable for the age and needs of the child receiving them.

Unless clearly stated on the product page, our products are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Chosen One Box is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Customs, duties and taxes for USA orders

Orders sent to the United States may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or courier handling fees.

These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control.

Unless clearly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges required by their country.

If a parcel is returned to us because customs charges were not paid, we may deduct return postage, courier charges or unrecoverable costs from any refund, unless required otherwise by law.
